RAMONA WORKSHOPS: PERIOD WITCHES

Happy Holidays from Ramona

Letter with love from Freya

Dear Friends,

Phew, what a year 2019 has been!

If you’re anything like me, you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed and a little bit sad about the state of the world. It’s really hard when you feel like there’s not much you, as an individual can do and so I want to invite you to allow yourself to rest and recharge with me for a few weeks.

I know this is really tough to actually do when you feel guilty about how much bad stuff is happening in the world but we really won’t be able to help if we burn out.

It’s the small things that will help you recharge effectively. Being with yourself sans screens, reading a great book, heading into nature, spending time with some furry friends and just taking things slowly and being exactly where you are without distraction. I intermittently delete Instagram so I can claim my brain back and it feels so wonderful and quiet. Let’s practice REAL self care this holiday: go to bed early, nourish your body, feed your mind good content. If we can allow ourselves this break then we can come back stronger than ever to fight for a better decade next year!

I am taking a few weeks break from Ramona but I can’t wait to share some amazing, empowering content with you next year!

Happy holidays!

Love,
Freya and the Ramona Team.

P.s If you’re looking for a little Christmas pick me up, check out this adorable song from Julia Jade.
