Brisbane singer/songwriter, Tessa Fleur, discovered early it was her essence of solace away from the realm of conformity that brought on the natural stylings for her lyrics, sound, and vision. Tessa’s energetic musical journey started strongly, as she received the prestigious Queensland University of Technology, Tara Simmons Scholarship. Her debut, Sunset Melancholy, was #3 on the triple J unearthed chart, receiving radio play on triple J unearthed. Her current single ‘The Hell of it All’ received spins from triple j and tastemaker support from Clique Magazine, Also Cool Mag, auspOp and The AU Review. The track’s stunning music video, which was a highly collaborative project that spanned over 12 months, was celebrated as ClippedTV’s Clip of The Day. Tessa is poised to continue this upward trajectory, sharing more of her nostalgic and blissful indie-folk in 2022.
