RUBY’S MONTHLY PLAYLIST: Live through this – a personal montage

Writing by Ruby Jones

Dear readers,

A good friend once told me that “you can’t action movie montage your way through the hard times in life,” but that you have to live through them and work past it. The world can be an undeniably dark place sometimes, and from my experience it helps to have a selection of power bangers to help you get through those times. Here is my selection of upbeat tunes for when you need your own training montage supercut. Music for embodying your inner warrior princess, because we all need it sometimes.

With love, Ruby xx
